Re: why it’s one truck, on purpose
To whoever’s calling around for a plumber,
This company started with about a thousand dollars, a carefully chosen set of tools and years of hands-on plumbing experience. No safety net, no marketing department, no big launch. Just a decision to step out on faith and build something better.
It’s a one-truck, one-man operation, and that’s on purpose. When you call, you aren’t passed from a receptionist to a dispatcher to a technician you’ve never met. You’re talking to the person who’ll show up at your door, find the problem and do the work. The same person, every time.
That means every job has my name on it. There’s no room for shortcuts and nobody else to blame. Sometimes the right answer is fixing a small thing instead of selling you a big one, and you’ll hear that from me straight.
Talk soon,
Paul Evans

How a call goes, turn by turn.
From the phone ringing to the truck pulling away, there are four stops and none of them involve a sales pitch.
Start
Paul picks up
You call (251) 421-0367 and the man who’ll do the work answers. No phone tree, no dispatcher, no waiting for a callback from somebody else.
Then
He’s on the way
You get a real time instead of a four-hour window, and he keeps it. One review has him there at 9 for a 7 a.m. call; another, on the way within twenty minutes.
Then
Finds the real cause
A camera, a meter or a pressure test before any number gets said out loud. A guess is how a repair comes back.
Arrive
Fixed and tested
Tested before the truck leaves. You hear what was done and what to keep an eye on, in plain words.
The work, around the three counties.
Heaters swapped, grinder pumps pulled, sewer lines opened up. Every frame is a real LT Drain job, and there’s more in the gallery.

Running a cable from the trailer
Rusted shut from the inside
New electric heater
Sewer line, open cut
Grinder pump controls
PEX repipe under the floor
Toilet set
Meter and service line
Fast, in their own words.
“Our water heater went out on a Friday and I was so worried we wouldn’t have hot water for the weekend. Called and they showed up in less than 30 mins!!”
“I called to ask a question and within 20 min they were on the way!”
“I was billed exactly what I was quoted from LT, not a penny over!”
Where the truck goes.
Out of Wilmer, about fifty miles in every direction: three counties and fifty towns. Near the edge of it? Call and ask.
Mobile County 23 towns
From older cast iron in midtown Mobile to slab houses out west in Semmes and Wilmer, on ground that holds water after a rain.
Baldwin County 13 towns
Newer slab builds with PEX and tankless across the eastern shore, and plenty of grinder pumps on the low lots toward Foley.
Spanish Fort, Daphne, Bay Minette and 10 more in Baldwin County
Washington County 14 towns
Wells, pressure tanks and long service runs out past the Tombigbee, where iron in the water is ordinary.
McIntosh, Chatom, Deer Park and 11 more in Washington County
Questions, answered straight.
The questions people ask before they pick up the phone, answered the way Paul would answer them on it.
Ask Paul yourselfWho actually shows up?
Me. Paul Evans. Every time. It’s a one-truck, one-man shop on purpose, so the person who answers your call is the person who does the work.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Master Plumber MP4379, bonded and insured. The number’s printed here so you can check it with the Alabama plumbing board, and the BBB has me accredited with an A+.
What areas do you cover?
Mobile, Baldwin and Washington County, working out of Wilmer, about fifty miles each way. If you’re near the edge of that, call and ask.
Will you try to sell me a replacement?
No. There’s no commission and no quota here. If a repair will hold, that’s what I’ll tell you, and if it won’t, I’ll tell you that too.
How fast can you get here?
Call and I’ll give you a real time instead of an afternoon window, because I run my own schedule. One customer called at 7 a.m. with no water and I was there at 9.
Do you charge to come look?
There’s a diagnostic visit, and I’ll explain what it covers on the phone before I drive out. No surprises at the door.
Let’s talk solutions.
Tell Paul what it’s doing. He’ll tell you what it needs and when he can be there.
